A month of “Health and occupational safety – to every citizen” will take place in Minsk from the 1st till the 30th of November. As it was told at the Committee for Labour and Social Protection of Minsk City Executive Committee every district of Minsk will hold a complex of activities designed to protect occupational traumatism. Managers and specialists of enterprises of different types of ownership and students of specialized secondary educational establishments are planned to be invited to the seminar on work safety. The programme of the month also includes exhibitions of modern individual and collective protective equipments, such as workwears with insets made of reflecting material for working at night. Minsk city administration of State Labor Inspection Department and district administrations are to control employers and the realization of actions on improvement of working conditions and work safety as well as providing new plans for 2008.
