The international scientific conference “Innovations and training of the scientific personnel in Belarus and abroad” will be held in Minsk April 17-18.

The conference covers the issues related to the human resources in science, education, management and economy of Belarus and the cooperation between Belarus and other counties in terms of skilled personnel training. “Innovational improvements are not possible without providing enterprise, scientific and state institutions with high-skilled specialists”, the representatives of the committee noted. “The participants of the conference will consider the issues of personnel training in terms of innovational development in Belarus”.

The conference will be attended by the leadership of ministries and state bodies as well as scientific institutions of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Armenia, China and Iran. Among the major items of the agenda are providing the priority branches of economy with skilled personnel, educational standards for personnel training and retraining, innovational education and management cadre training, harmonization of the approaches among the CIS member states concerning planning and skilled personnel training.

The organizations of the conference are the State committee for science and technologies, the Supreme Attestation Commission, the National Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Education of Belarus.
